Refund policy

We hope you love your Polelilo pieces—but if something’s not quite right, no worries! You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item should be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Kindly note: returns sent without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

💳 Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update to let you know if it’s been approved. If everything looks good, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Just a heads-up: it might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
